Email Templates

This page includes sample email templates that can be used with TestTrack Studio. Email templates are used when emails are sent to users, customers, or a manually entered email address.

Email can be used to respond to questions, to inform or alert users of new or escalated items, or even to manage a conversation between users and customers.

Follow these instructions to use a sample template:

  1. Log into the TestTrack Client as an Administrator
  2. Go to Tools > Administration > Email Templates
  3. Click the Add button to create an email template
  4. Copy and paste the Recommended Subject text into the email template Subject field
  5. Copy and paste the Message Body text into the email template Message body field *
*For HTML Templates, select the Send Email in HTML Format check box. Then select HTML as the View option to see the HTML source code. Delete any existing code then copy and paste the HTML text into the Message body.
